Hello my loves! I hope you are all well and happy, and enjoying your summer so far? I am, as always, so far behind with myself. It has been a really busy couple of months, and won't be slowing down any time soon, so there goes my resolution to catch up with this Blog, haha! I do have some photos from back in May to share with you today though. That week marked one year since I moved to Ballyliffin and achieved one of my life-long dreams!
I think I've talked about this before, but you know how people always say, be careful what you wish for? Well, after spending a lifetime dreaming of moving here, and building it up so much in my mind, I could very easily have been disappointed. Maybe it was never going to be what I expected. I can safely say, however, that I have not regretted this move for a single second. This is home. This is where I was always meant to be, and I feel so grateful that I finally got to make it happen.
I celebrated my anniversary here by going to Nancy's Barn and treating myself to a meal, which was delicious as always. I had a lot of work on that week, so didn't get out on many walks, but that didn't stop me from enjoying my beautiful views from my windows. I will never, ever get tired of my views here. Every single day I am reminded that I live in my own version of paradise. Lucky me!
