May 2023, Week Twenty Seven, EuroPals Roadtrip Day One.

Hello again my lovelies! I hope you're all doing well. I have been away gallivanting again the past couple of weeks, which means of course, that I am behind again with my Blog. But it also means I will have more to tell you and more lovely photos to share when I do catch up, haha! (If I ever do!)

One of the last selfies at my old house.

Anyway, back to May. My last post was from Monday-Friday, and then on the Saturday, I had four friends that I knew from America come to visit, and then we all went on a road trip together for a few days. It was so wonderful to see them all again after almost a year, and there was so much to see and do. As you might imagine, I took lots of photos, but I've thinned them out to my absolute favourites to share here.

Beautiful day in Clonmany.

The day they arrived was a beautiful one, and I was enjoying the views over my patio towards the river and the mountain, knowing that I would be moving soon. After an emotional reunion, we drove up to Malin Head so they could explore the northernmost point of Ireland. We timed it well, and the light of the setting sun was just glorious. We followed the cliff paths for a while, stopping to take many photos along the way. I knew I was going to enjoy showing them some of my little corner of heaven, and they were all as enthusiastic as I had expected them to be.

As the sun began to sink lower we drove to the Seaview Tavern and ate a delicious meal there together, and had a proper catch up. You can find out more about the Seaview Tavern HERE.
Afterwards, we sat in the bar and listened to some live music, and then drove back to my house and their accomodation. It was a great start to the holiday!
