Hello my lovelies, and happy New Year to you all! I hope that you had a wonderful festive season, and I wish you all the best in 2024! Well, obviously I didn't catch up with myself before the end of 2023, but I will double my efforts this month. After Christmas is over and all the decorations are put away, I always feel pretty low, so it will be nice for me to look back over the stunning Autumn colours as I navigate through January.

Week 47 towards the end of September was a pretty rainy one, but that
didn't stop me from getting out and enjoying some nice long walks. One
day I had an early Doctor's appointment, so I was up earlier than usual
and walking over the Ardagh Road towards Clonmany. It was cold and
misty, but I loved every minute of it. I absolutely adore Autumn, and
seeing the hedgerows ripe with bright berries and glistening with
raindrops and mist makes my heart happy. It's a good thing I left early,
because I stopped often to take pictures!

After my appointment, I took advantage of being back in that area,
and took a detour to see the Standing Stone and the Clonmany River Walk.
It was like visiting old friends, and the colours everywhere were just
gorgeous. I bumped into some friends along the way back and stopped to
chat, as well as stopping at Nancy's Barn for a warming meal.

That weekend I had a two day voiceover class, which I really enjoyed.
Things are moving forwards slowly with my new little business, and I'm
looking forward to the challenges that 2024 will bring.
