July 2024, All The Celebrations.

Hello again my lovelies, how is your week going so far? I hope you are all well and happy?
I have a few photos from my trip to England in July to share with you all. That was an extremely busy couple of weeks, as there was so much to celebrate, but I'll just share a few quick notes with you here.

Wedding Eve with my oldest friend.

I flew over to England and had a couple of days seeing family and getting things ready for the upcoming events. On the eve of the wedding I went with my friend Victoria to get our nails done, and then spent the day helping to set up and decorate the venue. I stayed with her that night, and helped her to get ready in the morning.

I had the honour of being one of Victoria's bridesmaids, and it was so wonderful to be a part of her and Steven's special day! Gareth and I had a great time at the reception, and it was so good to meet up with some old friends and make some new ones.  We stayed at the venue, Burlton Manor after the wedding, and then the next day we went to Gareth's parents' house for a family barbecue, which was also a lot of fun. Especially when his Dad makes such excellent home brewed beer!

We scrub up pretty well, don't we?

The next day, we traveled down to Kingston Upon Thames for more celebrations. First up was Gareth's eldest son, Myles' birthday. His daughter Caitlyn had arranged a boat trip on the Thames, which was a blast, and then we met up with more family members for a delicious sushi meal. Later a few of us went out for more drinks and to play pool. I can safely say that I am a lot better at drinking than I am at pool, haha!

The next day was Caitlyn's Graduation from Kingston Upon Thames University. She absolutely smashed her Biomedical Science course, and is going back for her Masters in Haematology next year! I was incredibly honoured to have been invited to all of these celebrations, and was even in the official graduation family photos. That made me really emotional, but in a good way. It is such a wonderful feeling to be so loved and accepted by all of Gareth's family.
