Grey Skies and Happy Sighs...: June 2024, Summer Nights.

Hello again my lovelies, how are you all doing today? Here is my fourth post in a row, and I'm so proud of myself, haha! These photos are from the second and third weeks in June this year.
Those two weeks were busy with visitors to the shore house, and I spent a lot of time down there catching up with my Mum, aunts, and cousins, or they came to visit me at my house. Consequently, I didn't get out for many long walks, so most of these photos are simply the view from my house, at different times of day. As you can see, the view is constantly changing, and it was light both late and early as we passed Midsummer. I hope you're not tired of this view that I keep sharing. I am certainly not tired of seeing it, and rarely a day goes by when I don't take at least one photo of my view. I then share my favourites with you!
Gareth and I celebrated our official two year anniversary in June, albeit long distance. We have a few different anniversaries, dating to when we first started talking, then months later when we decided we were already in a relationship, even though I was still in America at the time, and then the date when we first got to be together in person. You know me, any excuse to celebrate!
Another night I was out with my friend Karen and we went to Nancy's Barn to listen to the traditional music session they had playing, which was very good, but I forgot to take any photos or videos of that, sorry! Another day I took the bus to Carndonagh to get my hair cut, and then wandered around a few shops, before treating myself to a pint at the Glen Bar.
All in all, it was a busy couple of weeks, but I'm afraid I don't have many photos to share. I hope you enjoy the views of Pollan Bay though. I am always in awe of how light it remains over Midsummer, and since I am still very much a night owl, I get to see the sun barely dip below the horizon before it rises again!
