Well hello my lovelies, and happy 2026. At least, I certainly hope it's been a happy New Year for you so far? 2025 broke me in more ways than I can count, and so far 2026 isn't shaping up much better. So, due to life/reasons/ill health, I am still incredibly behind in my Blog, as these photos and videos are from May 2025. Maybe I'll catch up by May 2026?!
At least these images are something positive to look at. In the second week of May 2025 I celebrated two years in my current house, with these incredible views. I can honestly say I don't think I'd still be here without them.
My mental and physical health had been in pretty poor shape for a long time, but I did manage to get out for a couple of walks during that period, the second and third week in May. One evening I took advantage of the light evening and went for a walk up to Mullagh, where I met some lovely friendly cows, and spent some time saying hello to them.
Another day I walked into the village and treated myself to breakfast at Nancy's Barn, which is always so good. Other than that, I don't have much to tell you. I am very much a hermit these days. At least I have these beautiful views even if I don't leave my house, and there was a spectacular Aurora one night that I was able to capture with my phone.
I will try to post more often and catch up with myself a little. Look after yourself everyone, and best wishes for a happy and prosperous 2026.
